Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Return period: the period during which the customer may request to return an eligible product.
Customer: a natural person who purchases products from Cole&Vera primarily for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
Long-term agreement: an agreement relating to a series of products or services delivered over a period of time.
Right of return: the customer's right to return an eligible order within the applicable return period, subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Return Policy.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded between Cole&Vera and the customer through one or more means of online communication without the parties being physically present.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not necessarily guarantee product availability.
Cole&Vera reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or unauthorized transactions.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Article 6 – Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must generally be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Returned with any original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Cole&Vera or required by applicable law.
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons permitted by law. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
Article 7 – Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Refunds will only be issued for products that meet our return eligibility requirements.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Cole&Vera or otherwise required by law.
Article 8 – International Shipping, Customs and Import Duties
Cole&Vera may ship orders to customers in multiple countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed charges depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cole&Vera is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, carrier delays, or government authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Cole&Vera may legally be imported into their destination country.
Failure to pay applicable customs fees or accept delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos showing the problem
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered under this policy.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, courier services, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Where legally permitted, disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions may be submitted to the appropriate courts located in the State of New York.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
